Unexpected delays due to DHL or DPD are not Cape Kings fault and delays will not be refunded up to 90 days from the placement of the order.

These prices can change without prior notice at any time

All customers inside or outside of the UK can currently only make a return by post. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost. If you wish to return any unsatisfactory quality or unfit-for-purpose items you may do so and we will pay for the shipping. Before sending any item back to us you must contact us first at sales@capekings.co.uk for an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number.

RETURNS POLICY 

We have a zero returns policy on orders that have been decorated however if you have ordered a blank product then we accept a return up to 30days. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused,  you will also need to provide the order number & recipe of payment.

'When will my order be sent?'

-We do our best to send all orders within our 10/12 working day process, Monday through Friday, to ensure our customers receive their products ASAP please make sure all relevant information is filled correctly & confirm we have your designs.

 'I live in a different country, how much will my shipping be?'

-Shipping costs are based on weight and will be calculated before check-out. Please note as well that whatever taxes and duties your country charges for importing our product will still apply.

'Do you offer express 2 day delivery?'

-Yes we do, please get in contact via email or phone, please have your order number or reference at hand, express charges may apply.
