Refund and Returns Policy
Cancellation of Orders
At Cape Kings, we strive to provide a swift delivery service, often dispatching orders within hours of placement. Due to this expedited process, cancellation requests may not always be feasible once an order is placed. Please note that expenses are incurred immediately upon order placement, including artwork production, material procurement, and vendor orders, which are subject to their cancellation or restocking policies and charges. Should an order be cancelled after payment, Cape Kings reserves the right to charge for artwork fees, restocking costs, and any other expenses incurred before the cancellation request.
Returns
Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We do not accept returns.
Please be aware that personalised goods, as defined by The Distance Selling Regulations Act of 2000, are not covered under the act's provisions for returns and cancellations.
Sizing Information
Before placing an order, please review the product size information provided. Sizing can vary between manufacturers; therefore, we offer accurate sizing details for each item under the ‘Sizing Information’ tab, adjacent to the product description. Returns based on sizing issues will only be accepted if the received garment does not match the sizing information provided.
Made-to-Order Items
All personalised items from Cape Kings are made to order, including those purchased from our “pre-designed” section or through affiliated merchandise stores.
Returns for Blank Products
Blank products can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the item's cost. Please contact our customer service team with your order number to initiate the return process.
Delivery
Upon order confirmation, we aim to dispatch items within 7 to 10 working days via next-day shipment.
